All Gazelle Store products are pre-owned devices that go through a certification process.
The Gazelle Certification process includes a rigorous inspection process involving a 90 point functional and cosmetic inspection. This ensures that the devices you order are in accurate cosmetic condition and perfect working order. Additionally, all devices are reset to factory settings prior to shipment.

- Returns must be made within 30 days of your order delivery date.
- Returned items must be in the same condition it was delivered in. All items are inspected within 5 - 7 business days after we receive it.
- Your refund will reflect back to your original payment method in 3 - 5 business days after we accept your return.
- Returns are only valid within the United States.
- We do not offer exchanges, or replacements on orders.

You may attach a warranty to the device you order by selecting +Add Protection Plan on our Product Pages or in your cart. We offer warranty plans by WarrantyLife - their device protection plans will repair or replace your device should any of the following happen:
- Water Damage
- Cracked Screen and Accidental Damage
- Hardware Defect

We offer Financing plans with Affirm or Katapult. Affirm offers 0% APR financing, while Katapult offers a lease-to-own plan. Learn more about financing here.
If you’re looking for an update on an order your placed, you can login to your Gazelle account to view your Transaction History.
We also send emails with your order confirmation, and any order updates. We recommend checking your emails with the email address you used at checkout. The order status can be checking by clicking “View Order” in your confirmation email.

Using Gazelle is simple! We've worked hard to make Gazelle as easy as can be for you.

- Let us know the condition of your device.
- Send us your device.
- Accept your trade-in!
We promise to issue the payment amount presented to you, as long as the device you send matches the model/device and conditions you provided online.

Yes! You can still sell your device as accessories do not affect your offer price and are not required to be sent with your device.
Please DO NOT send us your other accessories such as cases, earbuds, protective screens, box, or manuals. They do not affect your price and are discarded once we receive your device.
Gazelle does not purchase any accessories outside those specifically requested in the offer calculator. Unfortunately, any extra accessories shipped with your order can not be returned once they arrive at Gazelle.
Yes! We do accept engraved items.
We currently accept devices that are connected with T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, unlocked status, and other carriers.
We also accept devices locked to a non-listed carrier as well! When searching for your item, simply select "Other Carrier" from the list. If there is not an option for "Other Carrier" on your specific model, we unfortunately only accept the carriers listed for that item.
Yes! When creating a transaction with Gazelle, we provide a fast and easy shipping kit for your devices.Check your email for a pre-paid packing slip from us.
