What does the Gazelle Warranty cover?

Our warranty is available for phones and tablets bought through the Gazelle online store. It covers any accidental damage, meaning any damage caused by drops or water as well as anything else that could go wrong with the device after the first 30 days. 

What do I get when I purchase the warranty?

How do I make a claim?

After making an account with Warranty Life, visit https://www.warrantylife.com/claims. Here, you'll submit your claim and wait for approval.

How long does it take to get a claim approved?

If you have all your information ready on hand and respond quickly, the claim can be approved in one business day.

Where do I get my device fixed and how does it work?

After a claim is approved, you can visit any of the authorized Warranty Life partners to get your device repaired. By visiting an authorized partner, Warranty Life will pay the partner for the repair and you'll only pay a $50 deductible. If you visit a non-authorized partner, Warranty Life will reimburse you for the repair less the $50 deductible via PayPal or check
